Sabrina Ricci is a freelance writer and ebook developer, with a M.S. in publishing from New York University and a creative writing certificate, emphasis non-fiction from the University of California, Los Angeles, Extension program. Currently she freelances for NBC Publishing and Scholastic, and she keeps two blogs, Passports and Placemats and Digital Pubbing. She is also the co-founder of the startup, Write or Read, which provides metrics and insights to authors of self-published ebooks.
She has worked and written for a variety of publications, including LIFE.com, Santa Barbara Magazine, Noozhawk, Yahoo! Voices, eHow, and Examiner.com. And she has worked for the book publishers Random House, Simon & Schuster, and The Experiment Publishing.
Sabrina was the recipient of the Oscar Dystel Fellowship. She was also the co-founder and publisher of FictionBrigade, a micropublisher of flash fiction ebooks.
